We started our law firm in 2003 as business attorneys from large law firms in Minneapolis who wanted to continue to provide exceptional legal services to our clients without the layers of administration and overhead of a traditional large law firm.
We are trusted business attorneys with over 25 years of experience each, representing clients on legal matters including business structuring, raising capital, employment, customer and supplier relationships, acquiring businesses and other transactions to support growth and profitability, and the successful sale of businesses.
