Todd Aldrich advises investors, boards and business leaders to achieve new levels of business success. Todd draws upon 25+ years of experience in business in multiple roles (e.g., vice president sales and marketing, vice president and division manager, board chair, owner) in multiple industries (e.g. insurance, banking, medical technology, private equity, real estate development, and charter schools).
Todd has first-hand experience in addressing the challenges and risks of growing businesses as an owner, officer, board member and private equity investor. This rich business experience enables Todd to work with businesses as an attorney and an advisor to identify risks as well as opportunities, and make smart and legally sound business decisions. He enjoys working with the experienced team of business attorneys at Soffer Charbonnet Law Group to find solutions to complex business challenges.
Todd is a co-founder and partner of Aldrich Maxwell Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm, and a member of Twin Cities Angels. Todd also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Project for Pride in Living, and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Board of Intek Plastics.
